Financial Strategy & Growth Planning: Non-refundable once research and reports are in progress.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Non-refundable once monthly reporting has started.
Investor Readiness: Non-refundable once modeling, reports, or pitch decks are prepared.
Performance Tracking: Non-refundable after dashboards or metrics are configured.
Bookkeeping Oversight: Non-refundable once transaction reviews are initiated.
Ongoing services (like bookkeeping or performance tracking) may be canceled with 15 days’ prior written notice.
No refunds will be issued for partial months already processed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
